With the safety and wellbeing of our clients being paramount, it is important to note that under Section 80 of the UTA, we need to be able to access any unit under our body corporate management in the case of an emergency. This means we need to hold keys for all units for such instances. These keys are kept safely in a locked key safe and are hopefully never needed to be used.
We do inform all owners of any need to enter the unit, such as the annual sprinkler survey and they are welcome to be present for these if they wish. We will also try to contact you in the case of an emergency as our first step.
