As a Body Corporate Coordinator, Anu supports owners and committees with maintenance matters, compliance requirements, meetings and day-to-day administration. She takes a practical approach to keeping matters organised and ensuring communication remains clear throughout the process.
Before joining CBCS, Anu worked in Auckland’s body corporate sector, gaining experience in property administration, insurance coordination, financial processes and stakeholder communication. Her strong analytical and technical skills, combined with a problem-solving mindset, allow her to work through issues methodically and provide dependable support.
Outside of the office, Anu enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places and relaxing whenever she gets the opportunity.
