About CBCS
Founded in Wellington in 2008 by Shayne Thurston and Ben Duflou, CBCS provides specialist management for body corporates, company share and cross-lease properties.
Our close-knit team has a thorough understanding of the Unit Titles Act 2010, together with extensive experience in financial accounting, property management and building operations, including earthquake-prone and heritage-listed buildings. We support developers establishing new body corporates and make transitions to CBCS straightforward, using up-to-date systems to deliver responsive, high-quality service.

Director & Chartered Accountant
As a certified Chartered Accountant and member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1999, Ben brings extensive, long-standing expertise in financial accounting and property. In his role as CBCS's in-house Chartered Accountant and Director, he provides trusted oversight and practical guidance across all financial matters.

Director & Property Management
Shayne oversees the contractor and property management aspects of Complete Body Corp Solutions. As a director of CBCS and holding a natural passion for all things property, Shayne is considered one of the residential property experts in Wellington.
LIZ RUSCOE
Body Corporate Manager
Liz is committed to delivering seamless service and clear communication across all managed body corporates. She oversees a range of key administrative functions, including organising AGMs and EGMs, managing day-to-day administration and handling all correspondence.
MARJAANA KALLIOSALO
Body Corporate Coordinator
Marjaana plays a central role in the day-to-day administration of our clients’ body corporates. Her experience in operational support and customer service, together with her calm, solutions-focused approach, helps keep matters organised and moving forward.

Body Corporate Coordinator
Before joining CBCS, Anu gained experience in Auckland’s body corporate sector, working across property administration, insurance coordination and financial processes. Her analytical mindset and practical approach help her provide dependable support to owners and committees.

Building Manager
Gaurav brings extensive technical expertise and practical experience to the role of Building Manager, ensuring our clients’ buildings are expertly managed and well-maintained. He oversees all building operations and provides proactive solutions to any building-related matters.
MARK TONER
Building Manager's Assistant
With over 30 years of hands-on experience running his own businesses, including motels, Mark brings a wealth of expertise to CBCS. He provides valuable support to our Building Manager, helping ensure all aspects of building management run seamlessly.

Finance Manager
As Finance Manager at CBCS, Lucy oversees all financial reporting and budgeting preparation for body corporates, offering guidance on investments and financial strategies to help committees make informed decisions that support long-term financial stability.
