About CBCS
Shayne Thurston (Director and Property Management Specialist) and Ben Duflou (Director and Chartered Accountant) set up Complete Body Corp Solutions (CBCS) in 2008 to fill a gap in what they saw was provided to body corporates, as well as company share and cross-lease properties.
CBCS has a complete understanding of the Unit Titles Act 2010 and compliance requirements. Being Wellington-based, we have extensive experience working with the additional complications surrounding earthquake-prone and heritage listed buildings. We work alongside several developers in the setup of new body corporates, especially for new apartment buildings. We have also moved many buildings across to CBCS management and provide a seamless transition process.
Despite being a small team, we provide comprehensive solutions and use up-to-date technology and systems, such as Xero accounting software and provide a secure portal committees, to deliver the highest quality of service to our body corporates.

As your Body Corporate Manager, Liz is committed to delivering seamless service. She is responsible for managing a range of critical administrative functions, including organising AGMs and EGMs, overseeing administration, and handling all correspondence.

Body Corporate Coordinator
Marjaana brings extensive experience in administration, operational support and customer service. She’s known for her calm, solutions-focused approach and plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our clients’ body corporates.

DAKOTA SCOTT
Body Corporate Coordinator
Dakota is an experienced coordinator with a background in customer service, finance and administration. She supports our Body Corporate Manager with AGMs, and administrative support, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

GAURAV GODARA
Building Manager
Gaurav combines extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience to ensure our clients’ buildings are efficiently managed and well-maintained. As Building Manager, he is the first point of contact for all building-related concerns.

With decades of experience running his own motel business, Mark brings practical expertise and provides invaluable support to our Building Manager, ensuring that all aspects of building management run seamlessly.
